Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 28, 2026
Wizebuy LLC ("Wizebuy", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the direct users ("you" or "your") of our websites (including wizebuy.co and any subdomains), software, applications, APIs, tools, features, and any related products or services provided by us (collectively, the "Services"). As detailed in the Scope section below, "you" and "your" expressly exclude any individual or entity that interacts with our tools embedded in or integrated with the website of a customer of Wizebuy that uses the Services, or with any other Services provided on that customer's behalf. Each such customer is referred to as a "Client," and each such individual or entity is referred to as an "End Consumer." This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your information when you access or use our Services. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service, which contain additional provisions regarding limitation of liability and dispute resolution. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
Scope of This Privacy Policy
- For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy does not apply to personally identifiable information collected through tools, features, or digital solutions that are embedded in or integrated with the websites of our Clients (such as information provided to complete forms on a Client's website), or any other Services provided on the applicable Client's behalf. When an End Consumer interacts with our tool on a Client's website or any other Services provided on the applicable Client's behalf, that information is governed exclusively by the applicable Client's privacy policy. We may, however, collect and use for our own lawful business purposes aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data collected through or in connection with our tools that are embedded within the websites of our Clients or any other Services provided on the applicable Client's behalf. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, we act as a "Data Processor" or "Service Provider" with respect to data processed through our embedded tools and any other Services provided on behalf of our Clients. We act as a "Data Controller" or "Business" only with respect to the information collected directly by us through our Services as described in this Privacy Policy. End Consumers who wish to exercise their privacy rights with respect to data collected through a Client's website or any other Services provided on the applicable Client's behalf must contact that Client directly. We do not respond to such rights requests for data processed on behalf of our Clients.

You may opt out of receiving marketing and promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such email. If you receive marketing text messages from us, you may opt out by replying "STOP" to any such message, or reply "HELP" for assistance (standard message and data rates may apply). You may also adjust your preferences in your account settings, contact us directly, or use any other opt-out method we make available. While you may opt out of marketing communications, certain service-related, transactional, billing, security, account, and legal or policy update communications will continue, as they are essential to providing our Services.
- Information Access and Control: You have rights regarding your personal information, including requesting access to your personal information, updating or correcting your information, requesting deletion of your information where applicable, and reviewing and managing your data through account settings. These rights can be exercised by contacting us through our designated channels or through available self-service tools.

We will honor such requests in accordance with applicable laws and our operational capabilities, while maintaining necessary processing for legitimate business purposes.
- Data Portability: Where technically feasible and required by law, you may request to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or have it transmitted to another service provider. This right helps ensure you maintain control over your information across different services.
- Processing Restrictions: You may request that we limit the processing of your personal information under certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of your information, when the processing is unlawful but you oppose deletion, when we no longer need the information but you require it for legal claims, or when you have objected to processing and verification of legitimate grounds is pending.
- Rights Implementation: While we strive to honor all legitimate requests to exercise your rights, certain factors may affect our ability to fulfill specific requests completely or immediately. These factors may include legal and regulatory requirements, technical limitations, operational necessities, and verification of identity and request validity. We will inform you of any limitations or reasons if we cannot fully satisfy your request and provide alternative solutions where possible.
U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information under applicable state privacy laws, including the rights described throughout this Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA. Furthermore, we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights, such as by denying services or altering pricing.
To exercise your privacy rights or to appeal a decision regarding a privacy request, contact us at support@wizebuy.co. We will verify your identity before fulfilling your request and will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically forty-five (45) days, with one extension where reasonably necessary). You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification. We may charge a reasonable fee or decline to act on requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, as permitted by applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our legitimate business interests. The specific retention period varies depending on the type of information, our business needs, contractual requirements, industry standards, and legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods may be extended if we have a legitimate business purpose to do so, if we are required by law, or if retention is necessary for our legal defense. When personal information is no longer necessary for these purposes, we will securely delete, anonymize, or de-identify it in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable laws. With respect to the personal information of End Consumers processed on behalf of our Clients, we may retain or delete such data in accordance with our Terms of Service, applicable laws, and our internal data retention policies. Upon termination of the applicable Client's use of the Services, or otherwise where required by applicable law or agreed to by us in writing, we will delete such data upon explicit written request from that Client, subject to applicable laws, routine system backups, technical limitations, security and fraud-prevention needs, legal-defense purposes, and any legally permissible retention requirements. In some circumstances, you may request the deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations, legitimate business needs, technical limitations, security and fraud-prevention needs, legal-defense purposes, and any applicable statutory retention requirements. You acknowledge that, due to backup systems, logs, and ongoing service requirements, residual copies of personal information may remain in our records after deletion and may not be readily accessible or fully removable. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate retention period for any information collected.
Data Security
We implement and maintain reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, and other unlawful forms of processing. These measures are proportionate to the risks and are regularly reviewed and updated to address new and emerging threats and technologies. However, despite our reasonable security measures and best efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet, electronic storage system, or data security protocol can guarantee absolute security against all potential security threats, intrusions, or vulnerabilities. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot warrant or ensure the security of any information you transmit to us or store on our Services. You acknowledge and accept that any information you provide or access through our Services is done so at your own risk. In the event of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will take appropriate steps to investigate and respond to the incident, including notifying affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable laws.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We, along with our third-party service providers, may use "cookies", local storage, and similar technologies to provide, secure, and improve our Services. These technologies are small data files placed on your device that allow us to maintain secure sessions, facilitate user authentication and verification processes, prevent fraud, and analyze how our Services are performing. We use these tools to ensure the core functionality of our platform and to understand aggregated usage trends. You may adjust your browser settings to notify you when you receive a cookie or to reject cookies generally. However, please note that if you disable or reject these technologies, essential features of our Services (such as secure form submissions or account logins) may not function properly.
"Do Not Track" and GPC Signals
The term "Do Not Track" (DNT) refers to an HTTP header offered by certain web browsers to request that websites refrain from tracking the user. Our systems do not recognize or respond to DNT signals. With respect to Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals: because we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, our Services do not currently process GPC signals as opt-out requests.
Children's Privacy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our Services are not designed for or directed to children under the age of 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is under the age of 13. In fact, as currently operated, persons under the age of 18 may not use the Services. By providing information to us or utilizing our Services, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
Data Transfers
Your information may be stored, transferred to, and processed in any country where we operate or engage service providers, including but not limited to the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. By using our Services or providing us with your information, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers and processing. We implement appropriate safeguards and security measures designed to protect your information and ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws. These measures are designed to ensure an adequate level of protection for your personal information in the jurisdictions where we process it.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our Services may contain links to, integrate with, or enable access to third-party websites, applications, products, or services. This Privacy Policy does not cover the privacy practices of these third parties, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Any information you provide to or is collected by these third parties is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies, terms of use, and data collection practices of any third parties you interact with through our Services. Your interaction with these third parties and any information you provide to them is solely between you and the third party.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion. If we make material changes to how we process personal information, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice (such as by adding a statement to our website's homepage or sending a notification to the primary email address specified in your account), unless the change is necessary for urgent legal or administrative reasons. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable email address for you. Revisions become effective immediately upon posting to the Services, and we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes to this Privacy Policy indicates your complete acceptance of such changes.
