Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 27, 2026
Wizebuy ('we,' 'us,' or 'our') is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the direct users of our Services ('you' or 'your'). As detailed in the Scope section below, "you" expressly excludes end consumers who interact with our tools embedded on an end customer's website. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your information when you access or use our websites, applications, products, services, tools, and features (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services include, but are not limited to, the digital solutions, software tools, features, and information available on our websites and applications. This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service , which contain additional provisions regarding limitation of liability and dispute resolution. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
Scope of This Privacy Policy
- For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy does not apply to personally identifiable information collected through tools, features, or digital solutions that are embedded within the websites of our end customers (such as information provided to complete forms on an end customer's website), or to the use of information submitted via a tool on an end customer's website by the applicable end customer or its service providers. When a consumer interacts with our tool on an end customer's website, that information is governed exclusively by the applicable end customer's privacy policy. We may, however, collect and use for our own lawful business purposes non-identifiable analytics collected through or in connection with our tools that are embedded within the websites of our end customers. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, we act as a 'Data Processor' or 'Service Provider' with respect to consumer data processed through our embedded tools on behalf of our clients. We act as a 'Data Controller' or 'Business' only with respect to the information collected directly by us through our Services as described in this Privacy Policy. Consumers who wish to exercise their privacy rights with respect to data collected through an end customer's website must contact that end customer directly. We do not respond to consumer rights requests for data processed on behalf of our clients.
